Need some guidance . Pls help . <br />My father bought a property in Kurla , Bailbazar . One of his freinds was interested in buying it . He was paying the money in installments . My father expired on the 25th day of November 2000 . After his death we (ei:- me & my mother) came to know about it . Still his some of his installments were pending . But all of a sudden he dissappeared . The landlord also had some roblems with that place . I have have no idea about it . <br /> Now the problem is , out of nowhere the person interested buying the place appears after 9 years & asks to transfer the place on his name . <br />Pls help me as i dont have any idea of the transactions & other details . i dont know where to start with . All four buildings are individually registered and paying all taxes/ other payments in time. Now allresidents have decided to register all 4 buildings under one roof for the overall welfare of the society. For example:- Society Garden maintainance, security on the main gate of the society, parking (other than building individual parking)&nbsp;raise the fund for road maintainance/ Sweeper, etc. </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I want to know under&nbsp;which legal board/ authority/ committee&nbsp;we need to register our society? So that we can complete all work&nbsp;in the legal criteria.</DIV>]]>
